Talent Mapping/Identification of Candidates

Using our immense experience and imagination we identify the relevant people within the target companies and running parallel with this we start approaching – this helps to speed the delivery process for clients.

Approaching Candidates & Networking

We use our knowledgeable probing skills and with the utmost professionalism approach/headhunt candidates with discretion and tact ensuring they are the right fit – We thoroughly evaluate, screen and filter carefully only the most suitable candidates who are then forwarded along with our screening comments to clients.
